Flannels Sheffield spans 55,000 sq ft selling womenswear, menswear, kidswear and accessories. It is also the first store to include Flannels Beauty, a renewed focus on the category which includes beauty changing rooms – interactive, private spaces which allow shoppers to experiment with different products. Stocked brands include Tom Ford, Gucci and Dior.
Michael Murray, Flannels group head of elevation told Drapers: “Even before the events of last year, we felt that beauty retail was ripe for reinvention, so it feels like a natural progression for Flannels…we have no doubt these regional beauty flagships will excel. We believe everyone should be able to enjoy and feel part of the world of luxury beauty.
Fashion brands sold at the new store include Off White, Saint Laurent and Fear of God.
Flannels invested £10m in the store, and will next open a 120,000 sq ft store in Liverpool, another flagship in Leicester then ten more stores by 2025.
